Update: Missing Athens, Ohio Man

The Athens Police Department has been advised by the Ohio State Highway Patrol that Ismail Ghazalah has been located in Portage County, Ohio. Mr. Ghazalah is fine and his family members are making arrangements to go and pick him up at this time. The Athens Police Department would like to thank all the agencies involved in this investigation and the media for their attention in this matter.
